Assisting our Head Chef you will play a key role in ensuring we provide the highest quality service possible.

Part of the First Choice Group, SkiBound is a tour operator specialising in school and adult group travel. We operate seven SkiBound ClubHotels in various resorts across the French Alps. The role of Commis Chef with SkiBound involves the preparation and service of food, maintaing high levels of hygiene, safety and cleanliness.

Requirements
You must have:

* British/European passport
* UK/Irish bank account, and Tax or National Insurance number
* NVQ in Catering (or equivalant)
* Knowledge of catering and HACCP procedures
* Team Player
* Assertive, focused and helpful manner
