Experienced Childcare Managers Wanted! The Powder Byrne crèche (or 'pb') provides for our youngest guests aged between 6 months and 3 years with a stimulating programme of activities in a private crèche room, between 9am and 4pm six days a week.
Our Crèche Managers are completely responsible for all aspects involved with setting up and running a fully operational crèche abroad.
Successful Crèche Managers will not only have an excellent approach to childcare, but will also have the ability to liase with the parents and hotel as a key member of the Powder Byrne resort team.
Responsibilities include:
* To ensure that the Powder Byrne clients' holiday meets or exceeds expectations.
* Responsible for the development, management and efficient running of the Powder Byrne "pb" programme (ratio 3 children: 1 staff member).
* Manage and train "pb" assistants.
* Responsible for the set up and close down of "pb" in resort.
* Arrange baby-sitting service, rotating the Powder Byrne team members and local baby sitters.
*Liaise with parents of "pb" children prior to their arrival in resort, if requested.
* Carry out regular safety risk assessments of the "pb" room and equipment.
* Assisting the Resort Manager with delivery of Powder Byrne product in resort. |

* NNEB qualification or equivalent (required).
* Relevant nanny experience.
* Experience in handling sensitive childcare issues.
