Description
Work in a top ski resort this winter!

We're currently recruiting Head Chalet Hosts to manage our teams of Chalet Hosts within the resort. You will ensure that all the chalets in your area maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests, and for the ordering and accounting for the chalets.

You will also co-ordinate the staff rotas and carry out weekly team meetings to ensure the team are informed of current results and areas of improvement.

With Neilson, you will be expected to be passionate about the range of activities you are involved in – we are looking for individuals who demonstrate a desire to get involved, further their skills, and share their enthusiasm and expertise with our customers.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should preferably be educated to GCSE level or equivalent. Basic knowledge of a second European language would be an advantage, although not essential. Evidence of catering experience at a practical level is required, as is the confidence to prepare meals for up to twelve people.

All Neilson staff will come into contact with our guests and other staff, therefore all applicants should possess extremely good interpersonal skills. You will need to be warm, enthusiastic and approachable so that our guests always feel that they can come to you, confident that you will ensure all aspects of their holiday run smoothly. The way you relate to our guests is an important element in the delivery of our product and your personal touch will make our guests feel welcome and genuinely amongst friends.

Please note it is essential that you are an EU passport holder and have a permanent National Insurance Number. Unfortunately applicants without these cannot be considered.
