Description
Are you an energetic and enthusiastic person with experience of managing staff and clients? Would you like a challenging position in one of Ireland's most popular Outdoor Adventure Centre's?

We are looking for people to join our team who are highly motivated, enjoy working outdoors, have good team spirit and interact well with adults and children.

Salary and contract will be discussed with appropriate experience and qualifications. Accommodation will be provided on site if required.

As the Centre Manager you will ensure that the centre runs in accordance with all of Carlingford Adventure Centre’s policies and procedures. Your leadership and organizational qualities will be tested to the full as you will oversee, lead and manage the senior staff team.

You will be responsible for managing the centre budgets and achieving customer satisfaction ratings at your centre in line with the company’s set targets. You will be required to continuously monitor all aspects of the centre. You will also have an innovative approach to the future development of the Centre.

Requirements
You must have high standards, be highly motivated and have excellent people skills. We expect you and your centre staff team to deliver superb customer service to our guests at all times.

Candidates must be able to prove a background of decision making within their employment rather that merely instructing experience.
