Kingswood is a rapidly growing organisation with 2 new Centres already opened during 2008 and substantial expansion programmes underway at most of our existing 10 Centres. The company ethos is to recruit from within, which is demonstrated by the fact that 3 of our current Centre Managers and 6 of our Assistant Centre Managers came through the ranks starting out as Activity or Environmental Instructors.
We are now investing heavily in a Graduate Programme in order to find the future Centre Managers and Directors of the organisation. We will be running an assessment centre in September to find three people who will be taken onto a 12 month programme to learn every aspect of the organisation and running of the business from an operational, strategic and delivery level, and gain a valuable insight into the educational adventure industry.
You will spend time in each of our Centres nationwide, learning and gaining experience and qualifications in every area, from educational-based ICT and Environmental modules to Adventure Activities such as Climbing, Archery, Fencing and Zipwire. In addition, you will also spend time in our Head Office in Norwich working with the Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR and Finance departments.
Your salary will include full board and accommodation, and all travel expenses will be met throughout the 12 month programme. From there, we will be looking for you to join the department where you have shown most aptitude at a senior managerial level. |
