Description
This role involves guiding one-day sea kayak excursions and multi-day sea kayak expeditions in south-west Turkey

Our season lasts from April until October - applicants need to be available for a period of at least 2 months during the season.

Requirements
Applicants need to have:

- Solid sea kayak skills in a variety of conditions, including rescue skills
- At least one season of commercial sea kayak guiding experience
- Multi-day sea kayak expedition experience
- Current first aid certificate including CPR
- Good people skills
- Good organisational skills

The following will also be an advantage:

- Clean driving licence
- Experience driving a minibus with kayak trailer
- Experience in guiding other outdoor sports
- A European language in addition to English.
