Working as a team with you Skipper and Host you will be responsible for maintaining a fleet of up to 12 yachts on Flotilla both for routine repairs and maintenance during turnaround day as well as repairs on route. You will work closely with your clients during the course of the week, giving briefings on the mechanical systems, carrying out emergency repairs and assisting with the general running of the flotilla.

Requirements
To apply for this position you are required to have experience of petrol and diesel engine maintenance, a working knowledge of marine plumbing and electrical systems, the confidence and ability to work under pressure and the ability to find solutions to problems with limited resources.
