As a first year skipper you will lead a Level 0-1 Flotilla of up to 13 yachts on a set route over 1 or 2 weeks. Your role is to make sure your 50-60 guests get all the best help to make it safely each evening into port.

Together with your lead crew of Engineer and Host, you'll be responsible for:

* daily mooring assistance
* callouts
* repair and maintenance of your fleet
* briefings and local area information
* socialising and customer care

Requirements
In order to apply for this role you are required to have an RYA Yachtmaster (commercially endorsed), ideally at least one years experience as a Skipper and you need to be confident, sociable, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
